I am an Indian woman who has a degree in medicine from India and a degree in counseling psychology from Boston College. I graduated in 2022 and I love what I do.
I believe that my purpose is to support people in finding their highest self and that I have a gift for helping people. My favorite part of being a therapist is to add value to my patient’s life and improve it for the better. I believe in a person-centered and psychoanalytic approach to therapy which helps me understand the deep-seated roots of my patient’s problems. I chose to work with VTMHI to do good work and I look forward to helping my patients work toward an improved quality of life.
Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
