Pronouns: She/Her
Languages: Persian (Farsi)

I am an immigrant and my lived experiences have given me unique insight into the challenges faced by underprivileged communities and vulnerable populations. Rooted in my cultural background, I am deeply committed to making mental health services more accessible. I believe in the healing power of storytelling as a pathway to resilience and collective recovery. I also hold the conviction that every individual possesses an authentic inner compass that can guide them toward meaning and purpose in life. My mission is to support patients in exploring their values and aspirations while fostering a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.

I am committed to empowerment, holistic transformation, trauma-informed care, and cultural inclusivity. I integrate a range of evidence-based, person-centered approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Licensed Professional Counselors support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges.
