I am passionate about providing mental health services that are accessible, inclusive and empowering to my patients. I use a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to therapy and like to incorporate mindfulness practices. I am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I strive to provide affirming and supportive care to all.  

I am proud to be a part of VTMHI to help make mental health services more accessible to all. I bring empathy, compassion, and curiosity to my sessions, knowing that we can learn and grow together as we navigate mental health challenges. 

Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
