My approach to therapy is an eclectic one that focuses on person-centeredness. I find therapy works best when I meet each patient where they are and listen to their expertise on who they are and where they want to go.
I got involved with VTMHI to further my efforts to reach patients who experience geographical and financial barriers to therapy. I firmly believe we all have a right to health care.
