I believe I always knew I would become a mental health practitioner. I understand the importance of having someone to reach out to that you can trust with your thoughts and feelings. I strive to be that safe space for others to help them process and cope through their experiences and work towards reaching their best selves.
I have enjoyed working with various populations, but especially enjoy working with those experiencing anxiety and depression as well as adolescents to early adults. These particular populations keep me on my toes as a clinician and I enjoy helping them learn about their pasts, restructuring distortions, as well as teaching new skills for clients to develop a healthier and happier life. Generally, my therapeutic approach is CBT-based, but I am client-centered and will assist clients with their individual needs
