I bring a holistic, trauma-informed approach that draws on mindfulness and body-based practices alongside traditional therapy. Pursuing my clinical license has deepened my commitment to meeting patients where they are and reducing barriers to care. 

My favorite part of this work is witnessing patients discover more resilience than they knew they had. I am passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, older adults, individuals with a history of trauma, and people with disabilities.

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
