As a spouse to an Airforce veteran, I have experienced change firsthand and have supported others during stressful life changes. I became a mental health professional because I want to help people form and maintain lasting relationships as I believe that they are the most valuable part of our lives.

I became involved with VTMHI because I want to see access to mental health services expanded and quality care available to everyone. I hope to help people feel heard, cared about, and understood.

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
