As a Navy veteran who saw many colleagues struggle with untreated mental health challenges, I knew there was a critical need for skilled mental health professionals. While on active duty, I earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology to prepare for a career in therapy after retirement. Using Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic Therapy, I help clients understand how their thoughts influence emotions and behaviors, and how they can leverage their strengths to overcome mental health challenges. I am dedicated to connecting with and supporting others in building resilience and well-being.
