I feel passionately about increasing access to mental health treatment for marginalized and under-served communities, and am excited for the opportunity to be a part of a group addressing these needs. Addressing accessibility also includes creating more opportunities for residents to gain experience and supervision. My hope is that through participating in this role, I can support residents in building confidence and competency in a safe environment.
