We all face many challenges in our lives, and I believe we don’t need to navigate them alone. In my clinical practice, I work collaboratively with patients throughout the process and provide evidence-based practice. As a first-generation immigrant, woman of color, and social worker, I strive to bring empathy, respect, care, and cultural humility to each person’s lived experience.

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
