In my practice, I focus on the patient and the goals they want to achieve. I am encouraging, non-judgmental, and respectful. I’m also very down to earth and feel that counseling is nothing to be afraid of! The gift of self-discovery is one of the greatest gifts a patient can give themself. My hope is that this journey will lead patients toward being the best version of themself. It is my intention to empower patients in their growth process to the degree that they are capable of facing life’s challenges in the future without me.

I specialize in helping patients navigate transitional life stages such as: graduating high school/college, a new relationship, moving to a new city, divorce, coping with loss, having a new baby, and many scenarios that may require support.
