Pronouns: she/her
Top areas of clinical experience: adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression and mood difficulties, LGBTQIA+ care, substance misuse and addiction

After working with a free and charitable clinic, I wanted to continue providing clinical supervision to therapists working towards their licensure. As a clinical supervisor with 28 years of experience in mental health, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. I had several great clinical supervisors that helped me develop into the professional that I am today and providing clinical supervision is my way of giving back to the field of counseling. I want to help my supervisees be the best that they can be.

My approach to supervision is the integrative developmental model and cognitive behavioral. I use the IDM model to determine where the counselor is in their development in order to assist them in developing skills. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to assist counselors and develop conceptual organization and procedural knowledge of the counseling field as well as how to apply theory to practice.
