Supervisee in Clinical Social Work

Pronouns: She/Her
Supervisor: Felicia Chandler, LCSW, CCTP

I’ve known I wanted to become a social worker since I was a child because I have always cared deeply about helping people through difficult times and life challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when appropriate to help clients better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building healthy coping skills. I believe therapy should provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create positive change in their lives.

My favorite part of being a mental health provider is seeing clients grow in confidence, heal emotionally, and thrive in their daily lives.

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
