I am a school-based provider in Virginia and use an integrated therapeutic approach that involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and Person-centered therapy. I previously worked in the hospital setting where I provided group, individual, and family services. 

My favorite part about being a mental health provider is making connections with others and journeying alongside patients throughout life’s struggles and glimmers. 

Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
