I am drawn to VTMHI by my passion for nurturing the growth of counseling supervisees and advocating for accessible, high-quality mental health services for all. With over 15 years of collective experience in homeless services, community mental health, vocational counseling, and private practice, I bring a diverse perspective to supervision.

As a clinical supervisor, I create a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters self-reflection, practical skill-building, advocacy, and professional identity development. I enjoy working with and empowering supervisees to grow into confident and compassionate clinicians who advocate for meaningful change in the lives of individuals and communities they serve.
