Resident in Counseling

Pronouns: She/Her
Supervisor: Maria Stransky LPC, CSAC, CSOTP

I was drawn to the mental health field because of my deep appreciation for relationships and the transformative power of connection. I believe that healing happens in the context of meaningful relationships, and I wanted to be a part of that process—helping individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. In my practice I draw from interpersonal, humanistic, and psychodynamic theories, valuing exploration of past experiences and relational patterns to foster deeper self-awareness.

I became involved with VTMHI because I’m passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care, particularly for underserved populations. Everyone deserves support, regardless of financial barriers, and I appreciate VTMHI’s commitment to bridging that gap. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care, and strive to create a space where patients feel heard and valued.
