With four years of experience helping people through times of crisis and working with people who have experienced trauma, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where patients can work toward their goals. My practice is based on person-centered, trauma-informed care and Relational-Cultural Therapy, with a focus on each patient’s needs, experiences, and relationships. I tailor therapy to each patient and what works best for them.

Giving back to the community and helping make mental health care more accessible to those who face barriers to care are core reasons I joined this field, and I am excited for our work together through VTMHI.

Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
