As a social worker, I am committed to treating every patient with dignity and respect. My goal is for each individual I meet at VTMHI to feel heard, seen, and supported throughout their care. 
 
What I enjoy most about being a mental health provider is helping patients develop practical skills they can use in their everyday lives. I incorporate psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support growth and meaningful change. 

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
