I am especially passionate about supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, and I am committed to providing an affirming and safe space where individuals can explore, understand, and thrive. Relationships in therapy must be built on trust, understanding, and compassion in order to foster deep healing and growth. My approach to therapy is rooted in psychodynamic theory and trauma sensitivity, helping patients unpack unresolved conflict or challenges from their past.

Embodying the value of people having access to the same opportunities is what most excites me about VTMHI.
