As a mental health provider, I focus on my patients’ goals and use simple, proven counseling tools to help them understand their emotions, handle stress, and grow into the person they want to be.

I work hard to make my space welcoming for everyone, including LGBTQIA+ people and individuals with disabilities. I am also passionate about helping people heal from painful or traumatic experiences.

Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
