I love connecting with people and being with them on their mental health journeys. My approach is holistic. I aim to provide strengths-based and person-centered care. As a supporter of mental health equity, I got involved with VTMHI because I believe in access to free mental health support for all.

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
