I hope to partner with patients on your journey to wholeness and healing by offering warmth, support, kindness, and a little humor and laughter in a safe environment. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, and have a special interest in providing premarital and marital counseling. I offer a practical, trauma-informed approach, utilizing strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge patients to push beyond your comfort zone as you navigate change.

What excites me most about being part of VTMHI is being able to help the population who needs mental health services but cannot afford or does not know where to access them.
