Courtney has been providing individual, triadic, and group supervision through in-person and telehealth modalities since 2011. Outside of VTMHI, she co-leads 20-hour clinical supervision trainings for LPC’s and LCSW’s to expand opportunities for practitioners to provide supervision to people in residency.  She received her doctoral degree in Counselor Education from the College of William and Mary and earned a Master’s in Community Counseling from Gonzaga University. Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
