Clemence Krzyzanowski
Resident in Counseling
Pronouns:Â she/herÂ
Supervisor: Courtney Holmes, Ph.D., LPC, LMFT, NCC, CRC, CCTPÂ
My experience as a school-based counselor has strengthened my commitment to helping children and their families access quality mental health care. It has reinforced my belief that everyone deserves compassionate, accessible care, which is why I’m honored to join VTMHI and support its mission of equitable access.Â
Â
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Systems Theory. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, identify what may be getting in the way, and explore how relationships and environments shape your experiences while developing practical coping skills for meaningful change.Â
Â
My goal is to support you as we work through things together, building insight, skills, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.Â
Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
