I became a mental health provider because therapy helped me feel seen, heard, and understood during some of my toughest moments. I want to offer that same support to others by creating a space for patients where they can heal, grow, and feel truly cared for.Â
My favorite part about being a mental health provider is sharing a space with patients and witnessing their healing and growth. It’s an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their strength and resilience. Â
Residents in Counseling support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
