I am a therapist who believes healing happens in relationships. My work is rooted in empathy, honesty, and encouragement. I strive to create a space where patients can feel safe to explore their own stories, while encouraging them to try new perspectives and tools that will foster growth in their lives. I consider it an honor to walk with patients through both the hard and hopeful parts of their journeys. I have chosen to work with VTMHI to give back to rural communities like my own.

Supervisees in Social Work support mental and emotional health by helping people develop strategies and solutions to life’s challenges – they have completed their education and practice under supervision until fully licensed.
