In therapy, I draw from Humanistic Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Theory, and am passionate about culturally adapting interventions to meet each patient’s unique needs. 

My favorite aspect of being in the mental health profession is witnessing the journey and growth of individuals. VTMHI is dedicated to increasing access to mental health care. Being a part of this journey brings me immense satisfaction and joy, while also allowing me to hone my therapeutic skills.
