I became a mental health professional because I’m fascinated by how thoughts and feelings influence behavior. I enjoy working with individuals one-on-one and use a person-centered, empathy-based approach in my practice, trying to meet each patient where they are. My priority is helping patients work toward goals they feel are most important.
