I practice with a warm, empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. I strongly believe in using a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship to create a safe space that allows individuals to recognize their own worth and resilience. I want to help my patients take the next steps on their journey to becoming the person they want to be.

I am thrilled to join the VTMHI team’s mission to reduce the barriers that are often associated with mental health services. I know it takes an immense amount of strength and vulnerability to seek counseling services so congratulations on taking the first step.
